Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Mythfell mobile app and this website. The app is published by Conjured Design LLC (“Conjured Design”, “we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, or by using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.

1. The game

Mythfell is a single-player merge tower-defense game. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. Unless we say otherwise in writing, you may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any part of it.

2. Your account and game data

Most of your game progress is stored on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, your progress is also saved to your Play Games cloud storage so it can carry across devices, and your best scores can appear on leaderboards under your Play Games display name and photo. Keep your Google account credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete the app’s Play Games data at any time, which also removes your leaderboard entries.

We may reset, suspend, or limit accounts that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the service, disrupt other players, or circumvent game rules.

3. Purchases and virtual currency

Mythfell is free to play and offers optional purchases of gem packs. All purchases are handled by the platform store — Google Play on Android, the App Store on iOS — under that store’s terms, including its refund and purchase history policies. We receive the product and transaction identifiers needed to deliver your gems and to answer questions about an order; we do not receive your payment details.

Gems and coins are a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use a virtual item inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything of value outside the game, are not transferable between accounts, and become unavailable if your access to the game ends. Gem packs are consumable: when you spend the gems they are used up, and a spent pack is not something the store will restore for you on a new installation. If a purchase you paid for was not delivered to you, contact us with the order number and we will make it right; refund requests themselves go to the store that took the payment. Prices may change between releases, and we may change or discontinue items, offers, or features; unused gems are not compensation for that.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except where that restriction is prohibited by law
Modify, tamper with, or cheat the app or its services
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app or this site
Submit abusive, unlawful, or misleading content through our contact or support channels

5. Intellectual property

Mythfell, its name, logo, characters, art, audio, game design, and all other content are owned by Conjured Design LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the app and this site for personal, non-commercial use. We may remove access at any time, for any lawful reason.

6. Third-party services

The app uses third-party services to provide some of its features: Google Play Games (sign-in, cloud saves, leaderboards), Google AdMob (the optional rewarded ads), Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store (purchases), and Google Firebase — Crashlytics for crash reporting and Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous usage measurement. Those services are governed by Google’s and Apple’s own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them. If you link to or follow our social media accounts, you are subject to those platforms’ terms as well.

7. Disclaimers

The app and this site are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Conjured Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the app or this site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the app or the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app or site at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms.
